Homemade Nougat with Marshmallow
Delicious homemade nougat. Quick, easy, simple and delicious.
Equipment
- 1 Baking Sheet
- 1 Mixing Bowl
- 1 Spatula or Wooden Spoon
Ingredients
- 100 grams Butter
- 250 grams Marshmallow
- 180 grams Milk Powder
- 40 grams Almonds
- 40 grams Cranberries
- 40 grams Pistaccio
- 40 grams Dried Strawberries
Instructions
- Melt butter over low heat
- Add marshmallows and melt over low heat
- Once mixture is melted and combined, add milk powder and mix
- Once combined add most of fruit and nuts and mix thoroughly
- Empty mixture onto a tray and form to a rectangular shape
- Cover with greaseproof paper and roll
- Add remaining fruit and nuts to surface
- Cover with greaseproof paper and roll
- Put in refrigerator for 4-5 hrs until firm
- Turn out from tray and cut into equal size pieces
