Instructions
Preheat oven to 450F (230C)
Bake for 20 mins until charred. Allow to cool
Scoop out flesh with a spoon and add to food processor
Add lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, cumin salt and pepper
Process until smooth
Serve with pita bread or crudites
